The rescue of the oldest paper mill in Austria-Hungary into a wellness & spa with a touch of history. On an area of 30,000 m², we plan to build a timeless complex of 200 apartments for living and recreation, 300 parking spaces, and a stylish restaurant. The experience of living in the picturesque village of Povrly under Kozí vrch with enchanting views of the Elbe and surrounding nature will be enhanced by relaxation in a uniquely designed wellness & spa, which will be created on an area of almost 5,000 m².
Transformation of a former engineering company into modern housing, where using cutting-edge technology we will create an entirely new category of urban apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, and other supplementary services. We will offer absolute living comfort with nearly 100 apartments and other commercial spaces covering an area of almost 25,000 m2, where, of course, there will be uniquely designed relaxation free zones where you can stroll in any weather. A unique place where you can enjoy the beauty of greenery even in winter.
We are giving new life to the former pulmonary hospital built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept brings absolute uniqueness to the entity. On an area of 22,500 m2, we are constructing 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant, and a unique spa, integral to which will be the revival of healing procedures focused on respiratory, musculoskeletal systems, as well as total body cleansing and regeneration.
