We are giving a new life to the former pulmonary sanatorium built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept gives the building an absolute uniqueness. On an area of 22,500 m2, we are constructing 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant, and a unique spa, which will include the restoration of therapeutic treatments focusing on the respiratory system, musculoskeletal system, and overall cleansing and regeneration of the body.
