The rescue of the oldest paper mill in Austria-Hungary into a wellness & spa with a touch of history. On an area of 30,000 m², we plan to build a modern complex of 200 apartments for living and recreation, 300 parking spaces, a stylish restaurant. The living experience in the picturesque village of Povrly under Kozí vrch with a breathtaking view of the Elbe and the surrounding nature will be enhanced by relaxation in a uniquely designed wellness & spa, which will be created on an area of almost 5,000 m².
Conversion of a former engineering company into modern housing, utilizing the latest technologies to create a completely new category of urban apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, and other complementary services. We will offer absolute living comfort in nearly 100 apartments and additional commercial spaces over an area of nearly 25,000 m², where there will certainly be uniquely designed relaxation free zones for leisure walks in any weather. A unique place where you can enjoy the beauty of greenery even in winter.
We are giving new life to a former pulmonary sanatorium built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept lends the place an utmost uniqueness. On an area of 22,500 m2, we are constructing 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant, and a unique spa, which will be an integral part, featuring the revival of therapeutic procedures focused on the respiratory system, musculoskeletal system, and the overall cleansing and regeneration of the body.
