On an area of 30,000 m2, we plan to build a timeless complex of 200 apartments for living and recreation, 300 parking spaces, and a stylish restaurant. The experience of living in the picturesque village of Povrly pod Kozím vrchem with a charming view of the Elbe and the surrounding nature will be enhanced by relaxation in a uniquely designed wellness & spa, which will be created on an area of almost 5,000 m².
The transformation of a former engineering company into modern housing, where, using the latest technologies, we will create a completely new category of urban apartments, offices, shops, restaurants and other additional services. We will offer absolute living comfort in almost 100 apartments and other commercial spaces on an area of almost 25,000 m2, where of course there will be no lack of uniquely designed relaxation free zones where you can walk in any weather. A unique place where you will be able to enjoy the beauty of greenery even in winter.
We are giving new life to the former pulmonary hospital built in 1917. The original architecture in a new concept gives the object complete uniqueness. On an area of 22,500 m2, we are building 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant and a unique spa, an integral part of which will be the renewal of treatment procedures focusing on the respiratory system, musculoskeletal system and overall cleansing and regeneration of the body.
