The rescue of the oldest paper mill in Austria-Hungary into a wellness & spa with a touch of history. On an area of 30,000 m², we plan to build a timeless complex of 200 apartments for living and recreation, 300 parking spaces, a stylish restaurant. The experience of living in the picturesque village of Povrly under the Kozí vrch with a charming view of the Labe and the surrounding nature will be enhanced by relaxation in a uniquely designed wellness & spa, which will be created on an area of almost 5,000 m².
Transformation of the former engineering company into modern living, where using the latest technologies we will create an entirely new category of urban apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, and other complementary services. We will offer absolute living comfort in almost 100 apartments and additional commercial spaces over an area of nearly 25,000 m2, where of course, there will be design-unique relaxation free zones, where you can walk in any weather. A unique place where you can enjoy the beauty of greenery even in winter.
We are giving new life to a former pulmonary sanatorium built in 1917. The original architecture in a new interpretation provides the object with absolute uniqueness. On an area of 22,500 m2 we are constructing 135 apartments, 150 parking spaces, a restaurant, and a unique spa, whose integral part will be the restoration of therapeutic procedures focusing on respiratory, locomotor systems, as well as overall detoxification and regeneration of the body.
Construction of an unconventional design restaurant and guesthouse with a view over the pond, where pedestrian and cycling paths intersect. An ideal place for rest and relaxation.
