Designed as a district where everyday life comes together, DAMAC Lagoons District blends smart living with Mediterranean soul. Valencia and Piazza Roma anchor refined residences, offices, retail, and leisure within a walkable, thoughtfully connected environment. With everything within reach, the district creates a balanced rhythm where home and work flow seamlessly.
Valencia is a residential project by Damac within the resort-style community of Damac Lagoons. The development is designed as a residential ensemble of four towers, each comprising thirteen residential floors, unified by a shared ground floor and a two-level podium. The architectural concept of Valencia is defined by smooth lines and flowing, wave-inspired forms. Cascading balconies and abundant greenery give the buildings a distinctive resort character and create a dynamic silhouette.
The project offers studios, as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments. Interiors are designed in a calm, contemporary style with a warm, neutral color palette.
